Check the Cellar Audit File

Overview

The Audit file lists the contents of your cellar by Location Type. There are 4 location types, Bins, Cases, Racks and Merchants. Best practice is to sort the Audit file by location type and check actual content ( quantities) of every location against the file.
Once you have checked the quantities of every locations and made any changes to the file and saved it you can Update Cellar Audit File values

Differences between Actual and reported values

Change the Audit file quantity ( Column F) to show the actual quantity that is in the Cellar location and save the file.

Physical Quantity and Reported quantity are different

A Wine in the cellar is not shown in the report
