How to Run a Cellar Wine Audit

Overview

The data load uses an Excel export of the database to provide you with all the details of what is in your cellar. You can update the export file and load it back into the system with any corrections you have so that it is easy to maintain the accuracy of your system. The data load process is also used to make it easy to populate the system at the outset

Missing Wines

You need to add missing wines to the system before they can be added to a location. The easiest way to add a wine is to create and receive an Order. Don't forget you can add multiple wines to an order TIP Use the Order reference field as a way of recording that you have added the wines as part of the Audit, for example Add "Audit May '24" as the order reference
